Socio-environmental Investment and Donations Policy

About Bluebell Index’s Private Social Investment

The need for an effective contribution from the private sector to address and find solutions to climate and social issues has become increasingly clear. Bluebell’s Private Social Investment and Donations Policy has been established to guide the company’s actions in its objectives of promoting socio-environmental impact, fostering the conservation and regeneration of natural environments in a paradigm of a more inclusive society.

We maintain the following principles to achieve our strategic social and environmental investment objectives:

  • Transparency and ethics;
  • Alignment with national and international agreements involving sustainability, the environment and socio-environmental issues to which Bluebell Index is a party;
  • Recognition of the rights of traditional communities and peoples;
  • Generating value for the company and the community, understood as promoting local development;
  • Respect for applicable anti-corruption legislation in accordance with the Company’s Anti-Corruption Policy;

Our lines of action focus on 5 main strategic pillars which, in turn, are supported by 7 SDGs as strategic themes for Bluebell Index (Figure below).
